What began as a dated 1980s waterfront property was reimagined from the ground up—literally. This full-scale renovation included extensive structural reframing and a complete interior overhaul, turning a tired layout into a vibrant, modern retreat.

We infused the home with a tropical contemporary aesthetic, layering clean architectural lines with natural finishes. Every fixture was thoughtfully selected to reflect a fresh, elevated aesthetic while honoring the property's waterfront setting. The result is a light-filled sanctuary that feels both luxurious and laid-back—perfectly suited for modern living.
