Our Studio Sessions are ideal for clients who need assistance with design selections, space planning guidance or already have a General Contractor and are managing their own project. This service also benefits those that already have architectural plans and want our "designer eyes" to review and ensure that all your needs, wants (and even the things you didn’t know you needed or wanted) are taken into account. These sessions offer homeowners a way to work with us without the full commitment of a full service project.
With our 90 minute IN STUDIO design session, we will provide clarity while we share ideas, sources, and point you in the right design direction. Along with the resources in our library, you can pick our brain about space planning, furniture placement and selections, wall colors, window treatments, fabrics, accessories, flooring, etc.
If your home requires construction documents, meetings with architects, contractors, and vendors, or simply prefer not to manage the design project yourself, our Full Service Design structure is best for you.

HOW IT WORKS
step one
Purchase this package and select a date for your studio design session. Design sessions ONLY take place in our Design Studio in Davie, FL. We DO NOT come to your home.
step two
Fill out our design questionnaire and attach all images that communicate your design style, along with any other information you wish for us to review: architectural plans, elevations, cabinetry drawings, photos, etc.
step three
Do your homework! Submit questionnaire 48 hours prior to our appointment. To maximize your experience, have all your questions ready and be prepared to show us your clippings, material samples, or anything that you are having a design conflict with.
step four
Studio Session Day! We dive in and focus on your biggest design dilemmas. We will have access to our resource library, and based off your responses to our questionnaire, can pull the best materials and selections that align with your design aesthetic. We arm you with the solutions to solve those design issues and help tie up those loose ends in your home.
step five
48 hours after our appointment, we send a follow up email with our notes for the recommended design solutions. Please note, no additional design advice or follow ups will be provided after our meeting is complete and the email has been sent out.

If your project requires ongoing design development, purchasing, coordination, or hands-on project management, full-service design may be the better fit.
Is this service helpful if I’m in the early planning stages of a renovation or build?
Absolutely. In fact, bringing a designer in early can help you make smarter decisions from the start, avoid costly missteps, and ensure your plans align with how you actually want to live in the space.
Can you review selections or plans I already have in progress?
Yes. Whether you already have architectural plans, cabinetry drawings, finish selections, or materials in progress, we’re happy to review them and offer professional feedback, recommendations, and design direction.
What happens if I need additional design support after the Studio Session?
If you find you need additional guidance after your session, we’d be happy to discuss next steps and recommend the service that best fits your project needs.
What should I bring to make the most of our session?
The more context, the better. We recommend bringing anything relevant to your project—plans, inspiration images, material samples, measurements, photos of your space, or a list of design questions you’d like to work through together.
what is the cancellation policy?
Studio Session Fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your appointment, we can reschedule anytime within 48 hours of your appointment or provide a credit for a future service
