This one-of-a-kind project united two siblings and their families in a shared vision: to build their dream homes on a sprawling lakeside property they acquired together. Over the course of four years, they navigated structural permit delays and classic construction hurdles with unwavering dedication—turning a labor of love into a remarkable achievement. Our involvement began once the architectural plans were approved for permitting. From that point forward, we collaborated closely with our clients to thoughtfully curate every interior detail—from materials and finishes to furnishings and accessories. By harmonizing modern design with deeply personal elements, we transformed these homes into warm, inviting spaces that beautifully reflect the families’ shared values and individual styles.
