KENDALL: THE COMPOUND PARTY OF 5

The second home on the shared lakeside compound belongs to the other sibling and their family of five. It was designed alongside the Compound Party of 4 residence over the same four-year journey. With three children under one roof, this family needed spaces that could take the energy of everyday life while still feeling elevated and intentional. Similar to the P4 home, we guided every interior decision, from materials and finishes to furnishings and accessories. Where its sister home leans light and open, this residence embraces a moodier palette: deeper tones, rich textures, and layered materials that create an enveloping, grounded atmosphere. Each home has a distinct personality, but together they tell one story: two families, one property, and a shared commitment to building something lasting.
